  • I’ve done this diet before and it works so well for me but I’m lacking the motivation but I’ve decided to start this diet again!

    Hi Amy,
    I have tried before too, some time ago, but stopped due to a “major life stressor” distraction. I started again only a week ago and have set my goal on the tracker as just 5 kilos rather than my total weight loss goal of 30 kilos. This emphasises the loss on the tracker and keeps me motivated. I have spent a lot of time focussing on my eating window and it seems to make a big difference. I don’t eat before 10am and finish by 6pm even on non-fasting days.     Hello!so far today I’ve had a tuna salad sandwich, a piece of toast and carrots but I don’t plan on eating much tonight maybe a scrambled egg with tomato but we will see

    Yeah I feel motivated to do this!
