New start

  • Good evening all,

    I am nearing the end of my second fasting day – had no idea it could be that easy – I already have more energy and have already lost 0.7 kilos – I know, I know its mainly water but still – weight is weight. When I married last year I was around 66 kilo’s – this morning I was 77.9 – a staggering weight gain caused mainly by overeating as I stopped smoking on 12 August 2013 and basically feeling awful because I was fat and therefore eating even more. My aim is now to lose as much as the weight I can by 12 August 2014, or at least the inches. We shall see. In any event I am in it for the long haul. My husband intends to join me.
