New discovery for me

  • I work very hard and eat very little, so not surprisingly, I am a skinny person. If I feel like it I eat chocolate several times per day, and up to one pound per sitting and I drink milk in favour to water or juice. However I do have many fat friends and I know all of them like crisps and little savoury biscuits. They, like me drink wine and they, like me have their main meal at night.so in a bid to put some weight on this summer I resorted to snacking on crisps and savoury biscuits through the day when normally I would reach for my chocolate. What I have discovered I have put on fat around my stomach and not weight on my skeleton.
    Summing up
    Don’t give up the wine don’t give up the ordinary food just give up eating factory food
