Hi everyone, I’ve just stared this new plan this week with my other half. I would love to know how everyone is maintaining the diet, as I have found that even after just two days fasting this week I am feeling lighter and better generally.
Much better than I thought I would be. What are you doing regarding the actual calories?
On the first day I had breakfast and dinner but I found that made me really hungry, so on the next fast day I just had an apple around lunch and coffee and water through the day, with the rest of the calories at dinnertime and I found that better for me. I would love to know what other people are doing, to get some tips for the long haul!
