    After 1 week 19st 7 so a 1 stone loss (14 lbs)

    Ok a few things, this is exactly what i had over the week nothing else, all the drinks are sugar free, breakfast was around 10am, lunch around 230pm, tea around 8pm.
    I was also on diet tablets (XLS medical fat binders) 2 tablets after every meal.

    I sit down most of the day due too my job as a driving instructor, i did not exercise on this diet.

    Thought id post this to share and my be help others, when i started dieting the beginning of September i was 22st 5, now im in the 18s hopefully weight day this wednesday night, goal is 17.8 by 20th December.

    Just to add i put on 1/2 stone on holiday in October, i have not stuck to this diet every week as it impossible, i have had times where we went out for food and yes i have been a pig lol at some point but my weight is coming down by using the diet.

    Well, you have lost weight, em. Lots of it. But after giving congratulations for that, I must say that your diet seems low in nutrients, especially protein and Calcium. Since you get no exercise [understandable!], you might be losing muscle mass along with muscle strength. Fibre is low too, which promotes digestive health. Are the diet pills necessary? Did you try a week off of the diet pills to compare weight loss to a week on the diet pills? See what happens.

    You mention that this diet is unsustainable [“impossible’ to do every week] and I can believe it. Now that you have had a big initial weight loss, why not try Fasting for 3 days/week to see if you can diet sustainably and still lose weight?

    Here’s what I’m eating today for Fasting:
    Breakfast = Scrapple Baked Egg with raspberries, fruit smoothie [homemade] and caffe au lait 288 calories.
    Water throughout the A.M.
    Lunch= 8 oz skimmed milk, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 Turkish fig 250 calories
    Cup of herbal tea in afternoon
    Dinner = Shrimp with Udon Noodles 267 calories

    This might sound like a lot of calories to you, but I have maintained my weight loss for 3 years. During that time I have built muscle and am working on building up bone density.

    I completely support your goal to lose weight and hope that you will continue to do so until your target weight is met. The Fast Diet promotes healthy foods, steady weight loss, and a plan that you can live with. Good luck.

    Well done for deciding to make an effort to lose weight, but your diet is very unhealthy.
    Apart from the odd slice of onion there is not a single helping of fresh veg. It is very unbalanced and full of artificual sweeteners and lacking in essential nutrients and fibre.

    I would recommend you take note of the sensible suggestions made by fasting me especially in ditching the diet pills as the only weight lost there will be from the wallet.
