  • First let me explain…. So before I officially started 5:2 I gave myself a trial week to see how I would feel fasting and to be able to foresee any problems I might have.
    I did the fasts ( headache the first day, but mega upped my water the 2nd and was fine) didn’t pay any great attention to my other days and when I went to officially start the next Monday I had lost 1.5lbs! 😊😊
    My first official week I did my fasts and payed closer attention to my tdee and have lost a further 2.75 lbs!!
    So I have lost 4.25 lbs in 2 weeks!! πŸΎπŸŽ‰
    Very very happy! This is so doable as a lifestyle!
    Roll on week 3!!
