  • Jarbia – UK – NFD

Struggled on my 4th fd…went to daughters and should have taken food with me….’nuff said.

CRAMPS: New Era No, 8 Mag Phos – Nutrisun – 2pks (to avoid postage) £7.25 each. 240 tablets to a pot, “fastmelt”. Works wonders – keep in rucksack and beside my bed….used to have severe cramps when much more active, would take about 6 tablets when it came on worked miraculously, now take a couple “just in case” before or after a strenuous walk.(and on f’d’s at bedtime). Tried taking on more water, extra salt etc. etc. and nothing worked…then hey presto! the answer to my prayers. Really worth the money. (UK – so don’t know about rest of world.) Hope this helps.

    Day 20, UK, NFD

    So that’s the first 2 months on AFD completed. 31x 0 kcal FDs and 30x NFDs. Weight has dropped from 106.5 kg (234.6 lb / 16st 10.6lb) to 93.1 kg (205.1 lb / 14st 9.1lb). 16.1 kg still to go before I reach a BMI of 22…

Have a great w/e folks! Onwards and downwards.

    Day 20 Newcastle UK NFD.

    Day20 UK NFD

Did FDs Mon/Weds and Fri last week (Fri was about 700 calories to include 2 small g&ts). Scales this morning show another 2 lb loss.

I’m trying to prepare for the dreaded plateau which I know will come along. Read quite a few articles about it and think the only way to cope is to keep going and get through. So far May has been kind to me.

Been feeling quite low this week and been getting stressed about everything, but not been tempted to hit the chocolate or crisps, just been plodding through. Hopefully my mojo is going to come back soon.

Happy weekend to all fellow 5:2ers, onwards and downwards.

    Day 20 UK FD 🌈

Off to the gym to start my day well 👊🏻🤸🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️

Only thing I HAVE to do today is DRINK WATER! 💧

    Gonna drown the Dragon 🐉

@big Viking well done truly and inspiration 🏅

    Day 20 (wow) | London | NFD

Morning all, just checking in, will catch up on posts later today. Must get out for a run first before I talk myself out of it !

    Bye for now

    Day 20 – UK – NFD

    Day 20
    West Midlands UK
    NFD

Put on 2.5lb this week. Did 3 FDS. 😶

I feel your pain @shera10000. Blame it on water retention!

    Day 20, Newcastle UK, NFD

Quick peek at scales yesterday showed 137lbs – virtually back at pre-cruise figure. Must stay controlled this weekend (NO BEER & PEANUTS) for an official scale check on Monday morning.

Congratulations @taraga & @arvandee – great progress. Pleased you had a good week with friends @at – I bet you have inspired one or more of them to give 5:2 a go.

@shera10000 – after reading the ‘Whoosh effect’ article, I don’t think any of us should get hung up on daily or even weekly ups and downs. So long as we know we are honestly following the plan, it’s the ongoing downward trend that counts. Stick at it – it really does work.

@pissupoosa – I’m very impressed with how you’ve made the spreadsheet accessible by all of us and I’ve managed successfully to input info to my own line. Thank you. If this is the way forward, then with instructions, I am happy to set up the June challenge in @bert1802‘s absence as I know that all the regular members will continue to give their advice and support.

Despite thunder and rain, I’m off to attempt to cut some grass. OH has graciously agreed to help out. Have a good weekend all.

    Day 20 – Cumbria UK – NFD

    Weight = 54kg (staying below 55kg target!)

Broke yesterday’s water/tea with skimmed milk FD after 36hrs this morning with brunch out with OH. So despite not having a FD since Day 11 – weight maintained nicely whilst visiting friends down south. Mostly did 20:4 days whilst away – tea/coffee and water during the day and a 2 course meal most evenings with plenty of 🍷🥂on some evenings but not all………I did the driving on a couple of days to ensure that I only drank sparkling mineral water on those days!
My plan for maintenance whilst away for the week worked, as I never felt deprived or that I was missing out so definitely did a 💃this morning when stepping off the scales.

@bigviking – Great job on losing over 2stones/13.4kg in two months – Just out of interest has the ADF been easy to do? and are you planning on carrying on until you reach your target? and then do what to maintain when you reach target?
@lynzm – positive vibes to help you to stay strong today!
@fatrabbit – I have been making my own Kefir for a while now and YES a casual approach works well – I don’t sterilize anything – I ordered Kefir Grains on line from one of the UK companies but here are a couple of links, that I found useful:-
    https://happykombucha.co.uk/collections/live-kefir
    OR
    https://www.culturedfoodlife.com/the-trilogy/kefir/how-to-make-kefir/

A bit wet here in Cumbria but tomorrow promises a nicer day – Some days you just have to create your own sunshine!

    Day 20, London, UK, NFD

I’m aiming for a controlled day (CD) today because over the last 200 days, since starting this 5:2 WOL, I’ve eradicated a fabulous 30lbs exactly, averaging just over 1lb/ week!!! (Happy dance, Happy dance!!) Considering so far, on this journey, there has been an 8lb alcohol induced setback (‘gain’ sounds a little too positive now!!) over Xmas, ditto for Easter (except ‘just’ 4lbs and chocolate/ hot cross bun induced), several plateaus and the entire month of April has been wiped from my memory – now that month was a long lesson in perseverance & patience!!!!! – that’s not too bad!!!!

I’ve never felt deprived or separated from family celebrations, never turned down an invitation, I HAVE accepted that slice of cake, then wrapped it and kept it until tomorrows NFD, I HAVE had a conversation with a bar of Lindt hazelnut chocolate (my precious!) explaining that we would get together tomorrow – (same little chat with cheese & onion crisps, cheese in general, peanut M&Ms, cashew nuts, malted milk biscuits and red wine of course!!!) I HAVE hurled myself off the wagon several time; I HAVE binged uncontrollably, just to prove to myself that I could still eat “that” whatever, then suffered the sleepless nights, cramps and discomfort………… our bodies adapt so quickly that I NOW accept that my eyes really are ‘bigger than my belly’!!!!!!!!

So, enough about my journey, I’m feeling blessed to have found 5:2, to have found this forum and to have found each of you!!!

I’ve decided I’m happy to donate my eliminated lbs to various people who felt it necessary to comment on my weight at some point in time, I’ve no idea WHY they feel it necessary or appropriate to comment or offer unwanted advice!! I hope the fat fairy is listening closely; I’ve their names and addresses handy for when she next comes calling!!!!!

I’m off to drown my dragon with a litre of water as he’s starting to stir!!! Good luck everyone, keep the faith, we KNOW this works!!!!

    Day 20 – UK – NFD

@bigviking – congratulations, that is a great achievement and commitment!

@pissupoosa – I managed to update my own days yesterday on your fantastic spreadsheet, it was very easy to do as it automatically saves what you enter.

@strawberriesandcream – well done for almost getting back to your pre holiday weight so quickly, very interesting link you posted yesterday to Eric Berg, lots of motivation, thank you.

Hope you are all having a lovely weekend.

    Day 20 -Maine NFD

Good morning all. Successful fast day yesterday, but appears I’m losing & re-losing same 2 lbs. That’s ok – just going to increase my water & be extremely mindful.

Off to work – beautiful day here – should make for happy guests. Victoria weekend for our Canadian neighbors, so we have a hotel full of very friendly, French-speaking guests….in spite of the exchange rate, which is not very favorable for them right now.

Thank you to all who offered suggestions re: leg cramps. My right leg is still sore from the cramps weds nite! I do take magnesium, but will be sure to incorporate some potassium & be more mindful of water. @jarbia – I will look into new era tablets – maybe I’ll be able to find them on Amazon.

    @flourbaby – great post!

Make it a successful & productive weekend everybody!

@at I find FDs easier than NFDs to be honest. The rule is no alcohol until target weight and that is harder to fight on eating days! The plan is to keep this up until I hit the target, at which point I’ll switch to 5:2 for maintenance. But that is still 3 months away, I suspect.

    Day 20 – USA – FD

@arvandee, @bigviking, congrats on your losses! @flourbaby, loved your post! Wow – 30 lbs. in 200 days! Sounds like a book…

    Day 20 – UK – NFD

Day 20 Chicago, Illinois USA – NFD

    Weighed in at 141.5
    one half pound loss yeah

    Happy Saturday!

Day 19 lancaster USA 🇺🇸 NFD

Hi all just checking in uk Co Down day 20 nfd

Some great posts and achievements – be very proud!

Day 20 US NFD CD <1400 cals
    Wt.
    152.8 5/20/2017
154.4 lbs 5/19/2017 weighed late last night, insomnia

I’m finally back into the fat burning zone and I don’t want to mess it up. Maybe the walking on my FD’s that I’ve been doing is showing some weight purging today. I had another difficult night last night even with the regular things I use Magnesium oil, Neuro Sleep…ooops I had forgotten to drink the warm water with lemon. 🍋
I survived and finally slept. I literally lost a lb last night just by not eating anything when I couldn’t sleep. I woke up weighing 3.2 lbs down from the beginning of the month. Eliminating those 3.2lbs.
If I want to lose more before June, I’ll have to walk more with hand weights and stay clear of the carbs, sugar and wine this weekend. I’m going to allow myself 1 gluten free soft pretzel, they’ve been in the freezer for at least 2 weeks calling my name.
The NFD’s are the hardest for me… so many choices that can hinder the fat burning.🤦‍♀️So I’ll try to plan ahead, green salads as much as possible.🥗
I’m Remembering what @coda said after watching Dr.Fungs video. “The one thing he says that THUNDERSTRUCK me is this: He has a list of approved foods, and he holds it up and he says, ANY TIME YOU DEVIATE FROM THIS LIST, YOU SET YOURSELF BACK 3 DAYS.” Also @coda said, ” – So maybe if we think that an indulgence will knock us back 3 days – not just the day after we may decide its just not worth it?”
Me @okeydokey I agree with @coda‘s and Dr. Fung’s thinking. I appreciate your insight and time @flourbaby @coda✨Without our wonderful group I would’ve given up by now. THANK-YOU to Everyone in this group.
I’m thinking I will stay smart, try to stay clear from refined carbs and sugar when expelling weight. But remembering to be gentle and forgiving of the “plateau”. Because as I, we reach my, our goals, the purging doesn’t happen as fast as it did when I, we were heavier.

So ✨help us to be patient and kind to ourselves on this journey.
If you don’t love yourself BEFORE💛
    You won’t love yourself AFTER😣~💛💛
It’s your body. Adore it at every weight.💛💛

@jarbia Thank-you for the info about the Mag phos.
@shera1000 If you can keep pushing through. The water retention will leave and you will see your weight gone down. Be patient with yourself.✨💛
@at You are the expert and the NFD Queen. I can try and hope 🤞to get better on my NFD’s
@flourbaby Wow, great suggestion.😊 I can drown the dragon 💦🐲💦 with water also!!!
@bigviking I can relate as to the NFD’s being tricky. Carbs, sugar or wine make it much more difficult for me to avoid and purge the fat.

Wishing everybody well today on your journey of good health and weight purging.

Day 20 – USA (Utah visiting) – NFD

Had a very good CD yesterday at about 1100 calories. Even took the granddaughters out for ice cream after supper and had a McDonald’s cone in that count!

@flourbaby – your journey of our WOL sounds very much like my own having lost about 35 pounds in about a year. I know what you mean about being grateful to all on this board and the support, friendship, fun, education, and camaraderie we’ve had on the way.

Taking family to “Diary of a Wimpy Kid” this afternoon at the granddaughters’ request. Popcorn for lunch it looks like!

Onward and downward (or in my case, maintain)!

    Day 20 – CARDIFF UK – NFD

    Starting Weight : 159.0lbs

    Today’s Weight : 156.0lbs

    Target Weight : 154.0lbs

About a week ago my email notifications stopped, then it just seemed ‘effort’ to log in, so I went AWOL but have missed all the news so decided today that I need to get back into the routine of reading/posting daily.

Yesterday I caught up on the posts I missed, which always helps on a FD. This morning I’m really pleased that I’m showing 3lb banished from the start of the month, though the large bag of popcorn I just demolished may entice some of the weight back temporarily. I can’t stop sneezing today and I know that if I slowly munch popcorn it helps break the sneezing cycle caused by unknown allergies.

So NFD today and a little off the rails, but will be having a controlled meal this evening and then hopefully will stay in control all day tomorrow – I just hope the sneezing stops.

Day 20 & 21 Akron Ohio, NFD 16:8. so I’ve successfully banished the 4 pounds I gained after I met my goal 3 weeks ago, yay!!!! So my challenge is to maintain this weight this week. I am planning to stay within my TDEE by documenting everything I eat using 16:8, hopefully that will work for me.
    @arvandee, @bigviking, @flourbaby, @chitowngirl congrats on your losses!
Have a great weekend. Celebrate your successes, be mindful of your intake. On ward and downward all

    Day 20 & 21, Germany, NFD

    Day 20 UK FD

Planning FD today and possibly tomorrow to try to balance out last night’s meal.. going well so far!

    Day 20 | Alaska | NFD

Yesterday’s NFD was pretty controlled. I found that if I go to my boot camp class on Friday too, it prevents me from starting the weekend making bad choices. I actually lost .4 on a NFD. I’m back to the weight I was before the Mother’s Day weekend binge. The only thing that worries me is that tomorrow is a potluck at my house which is a breeding ground for regret. lol. Need to learn control at such events.

Hope everyone has a a good day. May the self control gods be eva in your fava.

    Day 19-NFD
    Day 20-NFD

@okeydokey–great link about inflammation! When I make homemade soup from bones I’m bugged by the amount of gelatin that ends up in it (as opposed to using storebought broth), but it sounds like it’s a really good thing to have in your system. As for the scale, it was easy to set up. I think it’s accurate to within 3 or 4 %, so not hugely accurate, but if you use it to establish a baseline then over time you can see change. It’s amazing how being slightly dehydrated can make all the numbers look worse (except for weight). A good reminder to drink more water.

@allsmiles–thank you for the wonderful image of you dancing down the streets of Toronto, drinking a margarita and wearing a sombrero. Arriba!

Day 20 – SW WA USA – NFD

Working on at least making it a 16:8.

A little discouraged this morning. Yesterday was day #5 fasting and I did fine until a time with friends around a campfire – 1 s’more, 1 hot dog with bun more meat, cheese & veggies. Then when I got home some dark chocolate covered almonds & little by little a whole box of “healthy” crackers (Almond & Rice Nut Thins). This morning up 2.6 lbs. I wondered about sharing, but… I think I’m weary of fasting this week. Not sure of the best plan forward.
I did so appreciate reading the posts this morning. They are encouraging.

@arvandee – congrats for reaching goal
@saffy420 – you’re making good progress and plodding along even w/o your mojo. I need to do that today.
@at – I like your attitude, “some days you just have to create your own sunshine”
@flourbaby – TY for your post summarizing your journey this year
@okeydokey – hooray that you’re back into fat burning!

    Day 20 – Montreal – NFD

The scales are being stubborn this month, I’m treading water.
    Happy weekend everybody

    Day 20 – NFD

You guys are aMAYzing!!!!!! V impressed by your honesty, resilience & determination in achieving your weight extermination 😀 Great role models!!!!

    Day 20 – FIN – NFD

A pretty successful and easy FD yesterday – came in at around 400 kcal (a pear with cheese and pecan nuts to break my fast around 17 o’clock, cottage cheese, ground flax seeds and a few carrots in the evening after dance class). I find that the warm weather is lowering my appetite.

Today I played airsoft for the first time ever. It was a lot of fun, although I think I’ll have to practice shooting a bit more before giving it another try (I ended up getting shot on several occasions despite spotting the enemy first). Being out in the woods most of the day meant that I mostly snacked before dinner. I’ve also probably had a few too many meringues now in the evening, but running, sneaking and crawling in the difficult terrain hopefully gave me room for that.

@okeydokey Don’t worry, I did not mean buying kale chips at the store, but rather just kale, as there’s none in my fridge at the moment (and we haven’t planted any in the garden yet). I’ve actually never bought/eaten ready made kale chips. I usually do just a very simple version – olive oil and salt, as I find even those delicious. Thank you for the link and the tips – mixing things up never hurts.

Day 20, USA, Missouri Ozarks, NFD

Hello all, liked to never get on his site – the dreaded blue circle just kept spinning and spinning.

Today’s weight 141.2, below goal weight of 145.

Raining again, but managed to get some sunflowers planted this morning before the rain so they got a nice sprinkle. They are the Autumn colored ones with yellows, golds, burgundy, etc., and don’t get terribly tall. I am planting the mammoth ones during the next break in the rain – putting them in one of the corners of the split rail fence so I can tie them up if needed.

Everything is going great foodwise, exercisewise and waterwise – I have noticed that I automatically make better choices now even if it is a NFD. While eating out on Thursday I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich which came with potato chips but I didn’t really want the chips so I turned them down. Yesterday at Wendy’s I got a small chili and small Frostee – thought about fries but didn’t really want or need them. Had a big salad for dinner.

Today I had a strawberry/banana/peach/Greek yogurt/vanilla almond milk, flax seeds. It was great. Later on had some pretzel sticks and some honey graham snack bears. We will have a big salad and a couple of slices of homemade veggie pizza for dinner (if hungry after the salad, if not I will eat them tomorrow afternoon).

Thanks for the comments everybody, glad that I can post something now and then that might resonate with somebody else. We are all on this journey together and I have learned SO much from each of you.

    Wishing you all well, sincerely.

Day 20 St. Louis USA NFD
weight 137.8. Hadn’t planned to weigh this morning but when I weighed yesterday, the day after my third fast of the week, I was at 138.2, Which was what I started the week at. So I was pleasantly surprised this morning to have trap pound following and non-fast day. I do know all this is probably temporary at this time. I also started my new exercise program with weights yesterday. The trainer measured me, but doesn’t use scale rather measures waist and hips.

@jarbia I got you with needing to take your own food. I have found that to be very helpful and I always check the menu at any new restaurant for going. It’s just makes me feel more.

It’s been raining for several days and the sun has come out finally. I think I’m going to try to cut the grass in my front yard before the neighbors start complaining. I’m trying to gradually create a sustainable landscape, starting with my backyard as people can’t really see it,using as many native species as possible. I’ve been putting down cardboard and mulching, composting, using a rainbarrel, and have two rain gardens. My rain gardens are not wet all year round but the plants tend to do quite well for the most part I’m on a slope. I’m learning as I go along; trying to attract birds and bees, other native insects -?and get rid of the darn grass. I have a small yard but the slope makes it difficult to cut. i’ve been battling invasive honeysuckle, which is a big problem here as well as invasive grapevines. I do love my little backyard and have come to attract a lot more birds and other wildlife since I began my project.

I making kimchi and looking forward to trying it. I don’t sterilize either but I always try to make sure everything is as clean as possible. I don’t have a dishwasher and have a small kitchen. I make kumbocha regularly.

As always, very much enjoyed reading the post. I’m not a big writer, but, I do try to add a bit here and there

Day 20 Florida USA NFD I’m under my TDEE yet had 3 meals that I enjoyed. I think I’ve begun to automatically eat moderately. I avoid things like potato chips and French fries. I have a wine spritzer instead of wine. I try to include plenty of fruit and vegetables in my day. It’s an effort to make sure I have enough protein. My sweet tooth is still something I have to keep in check, ice cream being my biggest temptation. My clothes are fitting much better and I look forward to weigh-in next week. Wishing everyone a good day!

    Day 21 Newcastle UK NFD.
    Weigh day tomorrow.

    DAY 21 – UK – NFD

    Day 21 UK FD

B2B FD today . Trying to end the week on a low! Weigh in day tomorrow. Good luck everyone.

    Day 21: Northumberland, UK: NFD

Need a bit more control today. Last few days have been a bit all over the place, some good choices, some not so good, some eating just because I was way under TDEE and felt I should. Expect it to catch up on me at some point but for now back to the plan. Need to drown some dragons today I think as yesterday not only was their too much sweet stuff, but no where near my usual fluid intake. Happy Sunday everyone.

    Day 21/NFD/Melbourne Australia

Beautiful autumnal day in Melbourne, perfect for a walk around the Botanical Gardens and a quick visit to the art gallery.

I feel as if I’ve been missing from the forum of late. Although I’ve checked in daily and skimmed posts I haven’t felt up to posting. My weight has stabilised this week, mainly due to some very long walks rather than mindful eating. Hopefully this interval will pass soon. I’ve recorded every morsel I have eaten. Even if I haven’t wanted to see it in writing. As @coda reminded us, eating healthy and being honest are crucial for success. I appreciate the honesty on the forum but I appreciate even more being honest with myself. It’s easy to make excuses.

@flourbaby what a great post. My journey has been very similar. Thank you for the reminder, I too feel blessed to have found 5:2 and the forum.

To each and everyone of you thank you for sharing and being here. Have a good and healthy week.

    Day 21, UK, FD

0.6kg down for the week so far. Had hoped for more after 3x FDs, but at least the scales moved the right way this morning.

    Happy Sunday everybody!

    Day 21 UK FD

184 lbs. Better, despite a less than perfect fast day yesterday, went over 800 calories but at least stayed within a two hour window. Included cheese. It does seem to help!

I have been recording my weight on here for four months now and in that time have ousted 46 pounds and my BMI has gone from 34.5 to 27.5, and my waist from 39 to 32 inches. Yay:) According to the gradient of my graph I am due a big Whoosh. It will be interesting to see if that happens or if it will start leveling out a bit. So far it has been remarkably steady. But I suppose it can’t stay the same forever or I would dissapear entirely!

    Day 21 – FIN – NFD

    Today’s weight: 60.6 kg

The 100 g gain trend that started last week seems to continue this week as well. Still, I’m positive I’ll see the effects of my 3 FDs next week.

Congratulations to everyone for your great results and goals reached this week!

    Day 21 -UK -NFD

    Day13
    West Midlands UK
    NFD

    Day 21 – UK – NFD

Got the munchies late last night after a few glasses of vino and have woken up this morning feeling very hungry. Need to rein myself back in today and eat more carefully. And NO wine.

    Weigh-in for me tomorrow too.

    Day 21 – UK – NFD

@flourbaby – loved your post, it was so funny and motivational.

    Happy Sunday Everyone!

    Day 21, London, UK, FD

Yesterdays controlled NFD went relatively well, even with a large glass of red!!!! I stuck to a 3hr eating window too, I’m sure somewhere in my future I will have enough control not to HAVE to limit my eating window (to prevent mindless eating!!), but because I WANT to for the health benefits.

My day 20 post seems to have resonated with a few people, nobody’s journey will be the same, we’re such a diverse group – the mega losers who eliminate double digits per month; those, like me, who go slow and steady; the stragglers who fall off the wagon or throw themselves off (only to return stronger having taken a breather!); the B2B2B2B2B-ers; the liquid only-ers and the maintainers who inspire me and have truly made this a WOL!! I’ve dipped a toe into some of these groups over the last 6 months, now I’ve strapped myself to the slow and steady wagon!!!

@metatauta…… no book for me, I figure ‘lose 30lb in 200days’ wouldn’t even sell one copy!!! It would have to be ‘lose 30lbs in 3 days’ or something just as ridiculous to suck the needy and desperate (I used to be one!!) into collective self-harm leading to a gain of 40lbs a month later!!!!!

Good luck everyone, the ‘tricky’ weekend is almost over, stay strong & keep the faith!!!!

    Day 21 – Cumbria UK – NFD

Woke up to rain this morning – thought we were due some sunshine! Apparently some is due later……

Controlled day yesterday kept to TDEE just……… Had a light brunch out with OH and a small serve of a yummy homemade seafood paella last night including a couple of glasses of a delicious Rioja 🍷and some dark chocolate too!

OH has gone on a training run up on the fells with a group of like minded mad people – lazy morning in bed for me enjoying cups of tea, reading the papers and now catching up on the posts here.

DD returns home today from her holiday with the BF who proposed whilst they were away!!!!!!!!! She had no inkling he was going to do this – chose the ring himself too! Total surprise to us all but a lovely one❤️
So looking forward to seeing them both and giving them a hug and of course seeing the ring properly💎

To those who are struggling – Be strong and fabulous – Never give up – Everyone has bad days – Pick yourself up and keep going – Firmly press that RESET button and remember that Progress = You might not be where you want to be. But you’re not where you used to be!

Cannot believe that we only have 10 days left of this challenge – plenty of time for a last push towards those goals – Great Job by those who are losing and to those who are maintaining 👍

I saw the following on another forum and thought I would share the wisdom of these words:- “Work out YOUR ideal healthy weight and TDEE for that weight. Try to eat at that level always. You do not have to eat more BECAUSE you are bigger. You are bigger BECAUSE you eat more.”

    Day 21 UK NFD 🌈

Drowning the dragon 💧🐉and gym 👊🏻🏋🏼‍♀️

Scale my moving but I’m ok, I’m doing the right things scales gotta give in eventually because I’m not! This is a test of willpower. The more pro-active and productive I am the more motivated I become.

@at right back at ya need all the positive vibes I can get, thanks 🙏

@bigviking love the attitude AFD until you reach your goal then maintenance of 5 2. Gonna try that.might be the push in scales I need.

@flourbaby loved your post and details of your journey so far.

@fatrabbit you too, loved the journey so far

    Keep on keeping on 🤸🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️💃🏼
