  • I am 60 years old and in my second week of the diet. I have lost 1.0 kg so far and am really happy. I am finding though, that I get really, really hungry about this time of the day (3pm) when on the fast day. So I read your posts and get inspired and try not to think about the hunger pangs and also what I am going to have for breakfast in the morning!!

    a big well done on your great progress so far!! I can relate to the hunger pangs, I drink lots of water and some herbal teas… keeps me going and 6pm comes soon enough 🙂
