less of motivations

  • i really want to lose weight just feel less of motivation and always feel tired even i didn’t start so far . just keep thinking it again and again . what should i do to conquer this ? for me it is too easy to quit and i always have million of reasons to eat more not control myself . so sad for this .

    It is easy to lose motivation, and you can always find an excuse not to do something. It all depends on what is important to you.

    What are your goals? Weight loss isn’t the only effect of this plan. Do you want to be healthier? Have more energy? Motivation and the decision to make a change in ANY facet of life is truly a personal choice. Only you can decide to make a change, and when to do it.

    Maybe now isn’t the right time for you. You will know when it is. If there is anything we can help you with if you do decide to start, please let us know!
