Just starting today

  • Morning everyone.
    My name is Darren. I’m 42, i’m 6ft 2ins tall and weigh 23 stones so dont look too big.
    I’ve recently become a grandad and thought it was about time i did something serious about losing weight.
    I’ve been on diets before, lost weight, put it back on and more but now i really have someone to lose it for.
    About 6 years ago a work associate who was a bit of a fitness freak said i would be dead in 15 years because of my diet (lack of it) and that i dont excersise. Last year on facebook i did a death clock thing (just as a bit of fun) and it said i got 10 years left.
    SO i have finally decided to go for it one last time. If this dont work then i dont know what will. I feel more determind than ever because of my grand daughter and i have a picture on my phone so that if i feel low or weak then i just look at her for motivation.
    Just had 50g beans on 1 slice wholemeal toast (no butter) for breakfast and HERE WE GO !!!

    Hello! Its lovely to meet you! Im 20, 5st 3, i started 5:2 diet two weeks ago and on here looking for people doing same diet 🙂 i only habe around 1 stone to loose, start weight was 10st 8lb, want to be around 9st 8lb.
    My first week i lost 3.5lb 🙂 im now starting my second week!
    Im having a fast day today! On my fast day today im having fat free natural yoghurt for breakfast. Tuna salad for lunch. And prawns, veg and bare naked noodles (8cals) for tea! Also a banana at some point when im hungry! Normally around 2/3pm!
