Hi all, my name is Cat, I’m 22 and a psychology student. I’m looking to lose some weight on the 5:2 diet and meet some lovely people on this forum along the way. I have tried many fad diets in my life and they have all failed (something that I imagine some of you may have experienced as well). I want a permanent solution and to overall feel more healthy and body confident. One of my key downfalls is a lack of motivation. I start off very excited to lose weight on diets but I tend to fizzle out. So I’m hoping to meet and make some friends on this forum who will push me to keep going and who I can also help/encourage to keep going.
