    Hi All.

    Found out about the 5&2 from a workmate. Did a little research read the book, and commenced my first fast day on the 24th March.

    Must say that the fast day wasn’t as bad as initially anticipated. Was even able to cook dinner for my wife, whilst making my nicoise salad!!!!!

    Looking forward to the new rewards that i think will eventuate.
