I’m about to begin this diet and I would appreciate any tips you may have.
My biggest weakness is snacking even though I’ve just eaten a full meal, but I am determined to do this. I’m not doing this diet to become skinny as in my circumstances that is an unrealistic goal, I’m going this to be healthy. So one day I can be that person who goes on long walks and who knows, maybe even climb a hill every so often without the fear of falling flat on my face out of breath.
I feel it’s worth mentioning that I do work in an office environment (hence the snacking issue) I’ve also signed up to the gym just downstairs from my work. So that should be good.
Any tips or advice are appreciated so much.
