Day 13, UK, NFD
I’m officially plateauing ๐ก , after successful FD yesterday the scales are showing the same weight. Ah well, lets carry on, no other choice. It will happen one day ๐

@daffodil2010 I don’t know of any exercises for knees specifically but I do these ones: Winsor Pilates – Buns And Thigh Sculpting : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rvFSHwgjlWo , and I think they are good for strengthening leg muscles overall, and by strengthening your leg muscles you strengthen your knee muscles as well. They are low impact which is very important if you have weak knees so they wont hurt them. Only 20 minutes too, so worth a try ๐
