Daffodil2010 I can relate to the loo dash of late! Especially after a successful fast or after eating a heavy meal!! I am not drinking enough water but am finding I am slowly building my intake. I weighed in today at week 3. Wished I had counted the days!! I have stayed the same. Abit gutted as I have had a good week but still happy I am 8 lbs lighter than when I started.👌🏽
