    hi

    i just started Intermittent fasting 18:6
    and my appetite dropped like crazy …..i dont see a prob there 😉

    but i have read that im supposed to eat 2k calorie in my 8h window
    i just cant

    im eating 2 normal meal and thats it …….

    how bad is it ?
