    Hi all 5:2ers, second fast today..went well & got a long walk in on the beach. I managed to have a slice of toast for 11’s and still kept to my 500 cals’. Also joined the July challenge thread for extra motivation..popping over to it now..fasting puts me in a better mood any body else find that???
