How many calories on fast days

I’m a big guy 6 foot 4 470 pounds do I stick to the 600 calories on fast days? Or am i allowed more calories

The book says that 600 calories is based on a quarter of a man’s average 2400 calorie daily intake. If you already know, roughly, what your daily average calorie count is, you can take a quarter of that, and that becomes your fast day calorie count.

Thanks my friend. I have lost 50lbs by conventional dietary plans but I get burnt out quick…i feel like 5:2 is the solution.
