Hopefull newbie

  • Hello, I have never done this before but I am hoping that this plan will be the answer… I have completed my second fast day today and it was easier than the first. Can I ask generally how many calories do people stick to? Do you calculate what you need and quater it or just go for the straight 500? Also when do you weight yourselves? After a fast day or a couple of days after? Sorry i think I am still in the too good to be true stage!!!!

    About the calories i usually split them throughout the day but i try to keep most for the evening as this is the hardest time for me!

    I do weigh myself but not being a fan of the scales i may do so once every few weeks as i dont want to obsess on numbers!!!
    And its not too good to be true, it IS lol!!
