Recently found out I have high liver function (still not entirely sure what that means maybe fatty liver because I do have a weight and alcohol problem). Curious if it’s okay to fast (no food only water) for 24 to 48 hrs? Not looking for a quick fix I just want to detox my liver before I start my diet.
