Hi! Restarting Today

  • Hi, I am not new to intermittent fasting, but I never stuck with it long enough to make it a lifestyle. This time I am. The last time I followed 5:2 I lost 7 lbs. in one month. For comparison, I spent a lot of money joining Weight Watchers and buying all their diet “accessories” and only lost 1 pound in a month! So, I’m back for good.

    This time around I’m fasting 3 days a week. I keep reading about all the health benefits of every other day fasting, which works out to about 4 times a week, but 3 is plenty for me!

    I am glad I finally made up my mind to make this a lifestyle.
