Hi, I am fasting today. I am actually enjoying a rest from food, drinking lots of herb (rooibos) tea and calorie-counted soy shakes I’ve created. I can do this!

Yes you can! I’m actually started the 5:2 diet for the second time as with three kids home during the school holidays I struggled. So it’s head down and but up for a second attempt. It’s just past lunch time here and I have feed my 3 year old (baked beans as I am not tempted by them at all) and had a small cup of tomato soup.
I googled rooibos tea and it sounds good so will be looking for it in the shops tomorrow. Is it mainly sold at health shops?
Keep going because tomorrow you can eat like you normally would!
