  • I’ve been reading loads of posts on here so thought I’d register and say Hi 🙂
    I started FD on Monday (2nd June) and I did my first fasting day yesterday. I thought it would be hard but it was pretty easy. I’d made a tuna salad that I picked at throughout the day and then had some Bizelli (Greek Vege stew) for dinner that evening. I must admit I was so looking forward to my breakfast Wednesday morning.
    Well tomorrow (Thursday) is my next fasting day so….onward and downward

    Hi Linnyloo and Cornishmaid. I started this week too and did my first fast on Monday. My second fast day will be tomorrow. (Friday.) I am lucky to be joined in my Fasting adventures by my husband who also wants to shed a few pounds! 🙂

    I couldn’t resist weighing myself this morning and it seems Monday’s fast produced a one pound weight loss! I can’t believe it as I haven’t held back in the last couple of days! Hope your fasts are going well. Would be interested to know how often other people weigh themselves…?

    Hi Ladies
    I just completed my second fast day and it went well. I had Tuna salad again and just nibbled it throughout (started it about 11am and finished it at 3.30pm) then for my dinner tonight I’d made Avgolemoni (it’s a Greek dish)which is chicken and rice soup. I calculated all the calories in the ingredients and it works out that I can have it whenever I’m on a fasting day which is great. I too have been a bit naughty and weighed myself a couple of times this week and so far I’ve lost 2.6lb :)if this keeps up I’ll be very happy. How are you both coping with the fasting? It’s good your hubby is joining in Keen2BLean
