    Whitby Girl living on Vancouver Island, Canada. I am visually impaired with a guide dog and love to kayak. I have a wonderful group of friends what take me hiking. I am very homesick these day’s. So I was really glad to see this thread of Brits. Hope to lose 30 pounds. Have a happy day. Ebony and guide dog Ba

    Good luck!!! Having a dog definitely makes me more active. 🙂 Hope your homesickness fades or you get to visit.

    Hi all, I am a newbie and would like to wish all newbies success with the new eating plan. BTW Ebony the weather here is Spring and the sun is shining, great for a walk, but it is bloomin cold, but nowhere near as cold as it can get where you are.
