Here I go

  • Well just joined up and keen to start the 5:2 with first fast day being tomorrow. I once lost 32Kgs over 4 months by cutting back meals to 2 a day, basically missing out on dinner as well as increased exercise. I guess I didn’t realise I was fasting. Anyway knees are bad nowadays and overtime the weight has come back. If I am still on this forum by the end of the week things are going well. So here I go…

    Day one done a total of 34 hrs of fasting from Dinner Sunday night til breakfast Tuesday morning. Only water coffe and tea for entire time and a 500 calorie burn in the gym. Hunger wasn’t a big issue I worked 12 hours in a remote jungle site in PNG so all good ready for next fast day.
