Good morning Lisa and welcome to the forums!!

I believe that the only way to find out if 5.2 will work for you is simply to try it out! go for it, what have you got to loose?

there is a section in the topics section on medical conditions, please have a look around 🙂

I would say go for it, and wishing you all the best, let us know how you get on! 🙂

Don’t forget that it’s Fast for Fasting not for speedy. Read the FAQ page here http://thefastdiet.co.uk/michael-answers-frequently-asked-questions/ as nearly everybody’s questions are in here.

Don’t forget to eat normally on your non-fast days. That is, you can eat what you like, but not all you can eat. The fast days get easier, and make sure you have plenty of water or herbal tea so that you stay hydrated. Not everyone loses weight instantly, but after a week or 2 or 3 they start dropping.

You’ve got nothing to lose by trying it for several weeks and seeing what happens.
