  • Hi everyone!

    Have been on a health regime for a little while now, was training to do the London to Brighton 100km walk – which we completed in 30hrs 20mins on Satdi…the endless sea of mud didn’t help!!

    Have managed to shift about a stone whilst training for that, but now looking to shift even more by continuing to exercise (have become a little bit addicted to my 6am workouts!!) and now going onto the 5:2. Has done wonders for some friends of mine, and you good folk on here 😉

    First fasting day was yesterday, but going to be doing Monday & Wednesday as from next week.

    So, onwards and upwards (well, downwards) everybody!

    Congrats on the walk Mac, that’s a brilliant achievement and great that it’s lead to a real change in your lifestyle as a result of the training. Best of luck with getting to grips with 5:2. Pop back and ask on the forum if you run into any difficulties, everyone’s pretty friendly and between us all there’s usually someone who can help.
