  • hello I am new and started the diet today on a fast day, don’t know what to eat though

    Im starting on Tuesday and have worked out that a bowl of porridge and a 3 egg omelette is about 400 cals so that gives me 200 to play with.The weird thing is that I have already proved to myself that if I have a 3 egg omelette for breakfast I can last 5 hours doing moderate exercise without feeling hungry but if I have porridge only 3 hours!No idea why!
