I was going to start my fasting on Monday, but instead I’m starting today. No more excuses.

Hello from the San Geronimo Valley, California. Did my first fast Saturday, looking forward to the second on Tuesday and then Thursday. I think I’ll do Tuesdays and Thursday thereafter, I just had to start yesterday because I’ve procrastinated since January, and it’s time! Good luck to all from West Marin, CA. Marcia.
