  • Is it allowed if you have also exercised?

If you mean “Do I eat my exercise calories back in a Myfitnesspal-manner” – no, you don’t.
But if you ate 650 instead of 600 kcal because the bell pepper weighed a little more, it’s not a big problem.

    Hi MGM:

“Is it allowed if you have also exercised?”

My question to you is why do you ask?

What is your goal with 5:2 – to lose weight or something else?

If you are looking at 5:2 for weight loss, why would you want to interpret the ‘rules’ to allow you to eat more calories? Why wouldn’t you naturally interpret them to cause the lowest calorie intake possible?

    Just curious.

Do exercise daily lose your weight

I usually end up eating between 600 and 700 calories yesterday on my fast day. Guess what? I’m still losing weight. 600 is a target, not a magic number.
