Getting back on track

    I’m Zoe and I’m 32 I’m so happy I’ve found this site as I’m attempting to get back on track with 5:2 and feel I will be able to do this with the extra support from here. The reason I say get back on track is because I started 5:2 last January and up until august last year I successfully lost 2.5 stone and had never felt better. But after a tricky and upsetting time I fell off the 5:2 wagon and have put a stone and a half back on and am beginning to feel very depressed at the fact that I know I can do this but have struggled badly to do so in the last few months. Finding this site has made me feel stronger in being able to pick up where i left off with my 5:2 journey from last year and even tho I know it isn’t going to be easy for these next few weeks I’m excited to get back to the happy healthy person I know I can easily be. My fast days are Tuesday and Thursday, so if any fellow fasters want to stick together for support and encouragement then here i am. 🙂 xx

    I am in the same situation as you.. I began the 5.2 diet in Feb and lost 5kg in 2 months. Then after i stopped during some tricky circumstances i gained it all back plus some and am now the heaviest i have ever been leaving me insecure and uncomfortable. I plan to start the 5.2 again with my first fast day as tomorrow.. Thursday and Tuesday are the days im going to fast too!
    We can do it!
