    Numbers matter people. Im strictly talking weight loss here and not health in general but there is no fancy smoothie or non processed diet that will work if you do not adhere to the basic rules of weight loss. Eat fewer calories than you use and you lose weight!

    Very unhealthy diet but you are right calories in/calories out determine weight loss (give or take) It would be interesting to see his blood pressure and cholesterol numbers. I suspect they did not improve on the “McDonald’s Diet” 🙂

    His cholesterol came down! Its still not healthy and not recommended outside an experiment with decent monitoring but I guess theres a lot we don’t know about weight loss.
