  • Hello, it was a bit nervously I weighed myself this morning! Yesterday was day 3 fasting and whilst I found the daytime easier than last week this evening was awful – went out quite late and had been up since 6 -long time running a body on 500cal! Anyway – lost 3lb so really pleased and encouraged to (a) keep fasting and (b) ensure non-fasting days aren’t too food-filled. I feel pretty queasy this morning and actually don’t want to eat much at the moment but I’m sure that will change!
