Well y’all, here I go! I’m so nervous…
I’ve been making a concerted effort the past few days to get the right type of calories in me prior to starting for real today. Tried to cut out as much processed crap as possible and I’m ready to give this a go.
I’m a personal trainer, and really quite busy through the week, but Tuesday is the only day I don’t have clients (just work full time in a gym) so I chose that day as I’m not as physically active. The ONLY thing I’m worried about on my fast days is how active I am with clients over the course of about 10 hours. The only other day I don’t have clients is a Sunday š
I’m really doing this for the health benefits, but losing weight would make me happy too! (I do have about 20lbs to shift)
Anyone else have very active jobs and have run into this before?
