Hey, I just joined what looks like a wonderful forum. I feel I might need to make several visits here for some support!
My name is Clare, i’m 29, I’m from the UK and need to lose a lot of weight. I started this 5:2 diet yesterday, though today is my first fast day. I have decided to go a bit extreme to start with and am fasting every other day, well i plan to! I have decided to write everything down in a blog to try and keep focused.
On non fast days I am sticking to as close to 2000 calories as i can. I think this diet might be hard as i am such an emotional eater, (fasting the day after a fight with my boyfriend is really hard!!) But I am working on it.
I have planned meals for the day and when i’m going to eat.
I’m really looking forward to getting on the scales in a week and seeing if there is much difference.
