First day today

  • Hello I am 31 year old female from the UK

    Today is my first day and it is 10.47am and I am already hungry!

    I am 5 foot 4 and weight about 11 stone (154 pounds) and am hoping to get to 10 stone (140 pounds).

    My 1st day today too….its now 15:44 and struggling!!!

    Have had porridge this morning and then beans on toast.

    What have you had??

    Mollymaysmummy, you might try fewer carbs and more protein and vegetables. Also a miso soup (or bullion or oxo cube) really perks me up in the afternoon. Other than that, lots of zero calorie drinks: water, coffee, tea, etc.

    Mollymaysmummy, I find it better (for me anyway) to try and hold off on breakfast as long as I can and save my calories for later in the day. It does get easier
    Keep going!
