First Day – not sure what to expect

  • Hi – this is my first day in. From Melbourne Australia.
    I have made it to 11.30am with only water and black tea.
    I am not sure what to expect. Don’t feel too hungry yet but have to play soccer tonight and am worried that I will ravenous afterwards.

    Are there any general guidelines or rules about exercising on fast days? Should you not exercise and limit your self?
    Can you have extra calories on a fast day if you add in exercise?

    I exercise on fast days either lifting weights or doing cardio like a jog or a fast walk.

    I do feel a little hungry afterwards but it goes away. I also have one cup of coffee a day (fast days) and I have that after my workout.
