First Day

  • My first day today, starting with a fast.

    Breakfast:
    Tin of tomatoes and 2 slices of brown bread no butter.

    190 calories

    Dinner:
    100g of chicken breast and salad.

    A few pickled onions.

    306 calories

    496 calories today.

    Starting good so far let’s just hope it sticks.

    My husband and I have been Fasting for 4 years with good results.
    If you feel hungry between breakfast and dinner today, try more protein at breakfast: eggs, smoked salmon. Hope you are drinking lots of water or tea. You’ll notice that frequency of urination will be up, but don’t blame that on the extra water: its your kidneys reacting to Fasting.
