    Feed, Fast, HIIT:

    Goal for this month: 185 lb

    Starting Weight: 194 lb

    Tracking Weight: 189 lb

    Feed, Fast, HIIT:

    Fasting: Mo-Tu, Th-Fr for dual 36 hours
    Strengthening: Weights
    Sprints: Treadmill

    I will have more time this month for strengthening & running activities.

    My weight is staying the same.
