hi everyone, i hope your week is going well, this week ive gained 0.25 lb, oh well.
Thursday i decided i was going to start jogging i mapped the distance as eigth of a mile. it takes me 16 mins to briskly walk it, if i jog/walk/jog, i can do it in 12 mins, ill keep going until i can jog the whole way without having to walk (get my breath back before i fall in a heap)
as each day passes and im able to cross off another day done im feeling better. i suffer with depression from time to time and i know exercise can boost that feel good factor.

sivasankar “gain of 0.4 (148.6 on Sat morning and ended up binge eating for 2 days!!)” draw a line under it and keep moving forwards your doing great. x

good luck for this weeks results x

Plan and record everything daily on myfitnesspal
I don’t plan on taking my measurements again until 6 months is up but I am down two sizes in trousers. Got to have something to look forward to!

Anyone got any tips for bingo wings?, my only floppy bit so far but I am 58, will it have to be surgery later?

Yes this is my diet obsessed life but it is working.

Believe it or not I do have a social life too of choir, 2 reading clubs, art group and meet friends regularly for coffee and cake( in my case water or fruit tea and no cake)

Oh I nearly forgot I also work part time Tues -Thurs.

hi jojo58, well done on your great weight loss to date what a great start.

“Anyone got any tips for bingo wings?, my only floppy bit so far but I am 58, will it have to be surgery later?”
ive found mine have shrunk in line with all over fat loss, i still have them but not as much as before, i dont really have any loose skin and think its due to not losing weight to fast.
have you meassured them, so you can compare when you re meassure in 6 months ?

our next weigh in’s will be in a new thread called “feed, fast, HIIT, March 2014” please continue to join us there xx

@ fast for life and jojo58,

“Anyone got any tips for bingo wings?”

“ive found mine have shrunk in line with all over fat loss, ”

I wonder if doing weights with many repetitions for toning would help this?
