    Feed, Fast, HIIT:

    Goal for this month: 175 lb

    Starting Weight: 196 lb

    Tracking Weight: 183 lb


    Feed, Fast, HIIT:

    Fasting: Mo-Tu, Th-Fr for dual 36 hours
    Strengthening: Weights
    Sprints: Treadmill

    Excited to stay on track & maintain my progress this month.

    Goal for this month: 175 lb

    Starting Weight: 196 lb

    Tracking Weight: 185 lb

    Feed, Fast, HIIT:

    Fasting: Mo-Tu, Th-Fr for dual 36 hours
    Strengthening: Weights
    Sprints: Treadmill

    My target is off for this month & still at a plateau.

    My body fat is at 21% and this week, completed sprints for 5 consecutive days.
