Fasting question

  • Hello….I live in Cleveland, Oh and am just staring out. I have a question about the fasting days and would love some feedback from some who are more experienced with this. I find that it is easier to completely fast…just tea and water on the fasting days. Is this okay to do? I’m worried that what’s supposed to happen in my body won’t without the 500 calories. I would be greatful for any feedback!

    The guidance is eat 500 cal. or less – 0 is less.

    Many people eat nothing on their diet days with no problems. The less you eat, the more you lose.
