Fasted HIIT

  • This week I’m fasting Monday, Wednesday and trying HIIT Tuesday, Thursday morning in a fasted state.

    I felt unbelievable after training this morning: 30 sec work 10 secs rest for a variety of 10 different exercises. Push-ups, Burpees etc. Then repeat for a second set.

    Anyone else found this combo useful?

    I am not doing HIITs workouts per se, but have found that working out, even intensely, has not been an issue. Having said this, I am mainly practicing 16:8 (or rather, usually 20:4) so not exactly in your boat.
