Excellent Results for my First Week

  • Started 5:2 last Monday and found it much easier than I thought. Lost 2lb in week 1 and an inch of my moobs, the fasting days weren’t a walk in the park but I found I was able control my hunger better than I thought. The next
    best motivator was that in a matter of hours I would be able to eat normally and to my surprise I didn’t feel like stuffing myself, instead I was able to control my eating all day. My goal is to lose 20lb in 12 weeks which if I continue to be able to stick with the 5:2 eating plan is going to be very doable. Thank you Michael & Mimi.

    Well done Gary that’s fabulous – it gets easier so looks like you are going to get a great result!!! 🙂
