Eating too late

  • Quick question guys. I work out about 7 at night. home about 900 or so. down a shake, about 30 min late have my last meal. All healthy. Chicken breast, veggies, yogurt. I have a casein shake about 1030. in bed by 11. Is this a mistake. I hit my macros all day with a 500 cal defeceit. I was just always told that eating that late and then bed was bad. All the new studies say that timing means nothing so long as hitting macros. Is this correct or should i dial meals back at night? Thanks in advance. don’t mind my bodyspace I haven’t updated in forever.
