    I LOVE the picture at the top of this article. It is a chick eating a hamburger on a BUN. Exactly what they say NOT to do. What is it with people thinking a LCHF diet includes bread and gluten when it most certainly doesn’t. The picture should be of a chick eating a burger in a lettuce wrap.
