does it work after a long break?

  • I tried IF a year ago and it worked fantastically. I did it for 4 months and lost weight and felt great. I gradually packed it in though. I tried earlier this year to get going sgain for a month- did exctly the same thing although with not as much exercise (so maybe that’s it?) but it didn’t work at all. Someone else I know has had the same experience second time around and I am wondering if this is other people’s experience? I would like to return to IF but I need to know it is possible to regain the weight-loss benefits. help! Thanks

    If you do 500/600 twice a week and TDEE or less the other five days, 5:2 will ‘work’. Your exercise is good for your health, but won’t help you lose much weight.
