Wish there were a list of the common acronyms people here use posted on the margin somewhere.
I can eventually figure some out in context but M&S (masosadism?) has eluded me this morning. It would probably help standardize the way people use them and that would be helpful too. I’ve seen a number of variations on some things.

M & S might be Marks and Spencers( often referrred to in the UK as Marks and Sparks). It is a well known store that sells clothes for men, women and children as well as food.

Oh! That’s funny. I kept trying to think of what it could be within the universe of intermittent fasting and never considered it could be a purely regional thing.
Thanks for helping me let go of that one. 😃
Still, I think if there were something to refer to the acronyms wouldn’t disrupt the flow of the conversation so much while new folks stop to try to decode them.
