  • Monday and Tuesday of this week, 500 calories each day, and I have lost 7lbs! I am well aware that this is mainly water and because I am not eating and drinking for England as I have been over the last couple of weeks, but even so it is encouraging!

    Will try to do a third day this week, maybe on Thursday, and eat sensibly on the other days.

    Need to lose at least another 4lbs before 21 January otherwise the dress for the posh dinner won’t fit!

    I am half way through my 2nd fast and so far it is going well. However, I haven’t lost anything as I haven’t been very ‘regular’. Have you experienced the same issue or is everything working as it should be!?

    Awesome job Honorjane!! I just started this diet on Monday with a fast day, I did weigh myself on Sunday but won’t weigh in again until next Tuesday.
    My next fast day is tomorrow. However, I wouldn’t mind doing back to back fast days. Do you work out on your fast days? I was able to do 120 minutes of Zumba on Monday (my fast day) I burned over 1,000 calories…is that good to only eat 500 calories then burn that many calories. Will my body react differently??

    Anyways, keep me posted on your progress with the 3 day a week fast days. I would love to lose about 10 pounds by January 21 as well!!

    Just starting my 3rd fast, hope it’s easier than day 2 was. Found myself eating a bit more than I should on my feed day, has anyone else found this happens. Is it just because I haven’t adjusted to fasting yet ?
