just starting out this morning – have read and heard alot about this diet and think it could work for me. just weighed myself and im 12 stone – being that im only 5’1” its about 3 stone too heavy and being 49 with a BMI of 31 im heading for trouble. have decided to fast on tuesdays and fridays when my family are out and about in the evenings and when my work is busiest! so – anyone any tips and hints and how much can i expect to loose each week. not sure what ill eat today but i plan to have a huge tuna salad this evening – filling up on water and green tea today, and will pop out to the shops for lunch ideas… only thing that will fail me is the wine but giving up alchohol cant be a bad move either xxxxx good luck everyone too x
